I applied through a recruiter referral, and a couple of weeks later, another recruiter reached out to schedule a phone interview. The interview lasted a little bit more than 40 min, and I was asked about my background and some behavioral questions.

Tell me about a time you had to research an unfamiliar topic.
I got to the 2nd interview. The first is just a call to see if you match, the second call is an interview with HR based on the STAR method After that there is a 3rd interview with the head of the department + HR resources
I had the first screening so far, waiting to hear ack if they're moving forward with my application. The recruiter was friendly and professional. The questions started easy and as the interview progressed, became a bit more difficult. Questions about real experiences with metrics in previous roles, why Gartner and behaviors questions.

The interview process was extremely professional and well-organized. The recruiter showed up on time and made sure to confirm all the small details. The interview process is very detailed, and you really need to be super well-versed on every aspect of your resume.
