Change your interview process - you can’t advertise training and development but expect everyone to know A-Z about your company.
Giving 10 minutes before the interview to read a 7 page document is absurd. Interviewers need adequate training to interview instead of asking patronising diminishing questions to candidates.

very thorough and well executed. they ask thought provoking quesitons and the interviewers were all fantastic. a lot of prep needed but rewarding experience. about 4 rounds of interviews ranging from recruiter to final panel interview

I received a message from a recruiter and had a phone screen with them. They said they would let me know about a follow up call, but they never got back to me. I reached back out to them to follow up, but I didn't receive a response.
