Long, repeat phone calls with different people, then finally after 4-5 calls an in person interview that is also a role play that was poorly planned, badly executed and had conflicting instructions. Having a contrived situation that is not real is not the way to evaluate a senior level sales executive, this is for kids.

Got in touch by a recruiter and came across very professional. Asked me good questions, however challenged me on my location and unfortunately I was required to be in the office every single day which was 1hr and 30mins drive which was certainly not ideal. I was impressed with their approach and trying to find the right people for the right job.

Filled out an online application. I was contacted by HR and and had an HR screening interview. After that I had an interview with two Hiring managers which was pretty straightforward. Overall process was pretty easy. Make sure to reach out to HR after screening because or else they may not get back to you.
They started the interview process with a call and everything seemed to go well. After doing that they said they would schedule another round, but I never heard back from them. i contacted the recruiter as well as emailed the people who interviewed me. Nothing. They just seemed to wait for me to go away as opposed to letting me know they have moved on.
