Fairly fast initiation and first meeting. Very good meeting and Garners expressed an interest to proceed with a more detailed discussion. Then all went silent. I asked for a contact but got no response back from either the recruiter or hiring manager. Really unprofessional....

Executive recruiter call first to verify basic resume details and explain the process, then a casual conversation with the hiring manager. From there it was a panel interview with multiple representatives from the company. The hiring manager was clearly inexperienced at interviewing.
