Overrall a great experience, quite intense, took more or less 4 weeks.
First of all I'd really like to thank the Gartner team and especially Jo Altman for her really strong support. She has been really friendly, was always giving me valuable feedback and made sure I was well prepared for each round.
About the process itself: divided in 4 steps and had a few more calls to be coached and followed through the entire process: started with a recruiter contacting. Then had 2 roles plays. The final interview was a panel interview in their office, divided in 3 parts to understand my goals, behaviour, my understanding of the company/position, and then an other live role play.

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
