The process for me took a little over a month for interviewing, I had three interviews and preparation phone calls from my recruiter before each interview. I was given a lot of material to go over for each interview. If you are not in the IT industry it can be intimidating, as Gartner is a complex corporation with a new acquisition that is more business industry related.
