Me postulé a través de un reclutador. Acudí a una entrevista en Gartner (Londres, Inglaterra) en jun 2017
Entrevista
There was a four stage process for this role. 1st process was a 15 minute brief conversation with the recruiter about your past experience overall. 2nd process was a second call with the recruiter which looked into your cv in more detail and past experience. 3rd process was an hour, over the phone, interview with 2 Events Attendance Specialist (EAS) Area Managers. This process was more about your personal and professional goals and examples from past work experience on how you have tackled difficult tasks. The fourth stage was an hour and half panel interview with an area manager, a recruiter and the vice president of event sales. During this interview, you have 20 minutes with an existing EAS, who informs you on the ins and outs of the role, you are then to process that information and feed that information back to the VP and Area manager during a 20 minute whiteboard presentation, you are also to include personal research you have done on the role and company.
Three step process. Phone call to gauge fit. Second phone call to dive into personal characteristics/experience. Third interview in person to gauge knowledge of business and ability to conduct an exploratory sales call.

It was a 4 step process, took about 2 months to go through all 4. It was pretty basic for the first 2 rounds, the third had very difficult behavioral questions, and the last was a 2-3 hour whiteboard session with a sales call role-play.

Overall it was a very positive interview that lasted for about an hour. I had applied originally because I have a former colleague that has had a positive experience and being there for 3 years showed me that it had potential and opportunity to grow within the organization. On top of it being a well-run company and great reputation and benefits is why I decided to apply. Also allowed me to polish up my interviewing skills, since it's been over 5 years since being in this process again.
