The recruitment process comprises three phases;
Phase 1. Group dynamic. Multiple-choice test (about different branches of Private and Public Law). English proficiency test.
Phase 2. Personality test and human resources interview.
Phase 3. Resolution of practical case studies and interview with the partners of the department that you applied for.

Tell me about the political crisis in Ukraine
Different questions about the practical case studies
Interview based process and test. Two round interviews, based on legal knowledge (test), writing and communication skills. Smooth interview process, quick feedback provided. Expect to have several rounds interviews for this given process. Great energy for interviewers.
