I applied to this role after the recruiter reached out over Linkedin. The interview circuit involved speaking with the hiring manager, members of the product and engineering team, and the CEO, and involved both individual interviews and a portfolio review. Everyone I met was very kind, asked great questions, and gave me thoughtful answers to my questions at the end. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I got the sense this is a company full of smart, mission driven people trying to make a difference.
