Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Garmin en oct 2024
Entrevista
Two step process, started off with an initial phone screen which has your typical phone screen questions, Basically to make sure you are a real person. I was told I would be moving on to the technical round during the phone screen, then about a week later I got an email to schedule the technical.
The technical was with a Garmin engineer over a Zoom call. Very laid back experience, we talked about different topics and I got a really good vibe from the person who interviewed me. We mainly talked about what I liked to do before moving on to technical questions and finally two live coding questions which could have been leetcode easy questions.
I got an offer the next week.

I had 1hr behavioral Interview and 1hr technical interview. Behavioral interview was about how I got to know the company, why should the company hire me, and what kind of research experience I had.
Process took about a month. Recruiter was slow getting back to me but interview process was alright. The interviewers were friendly and mainly focused on problem solving and how you think through your code.
