They called to see if I could schedule a time to meet with an HR rep for the first behavioral interview. They emailed me a confirmation time after the call. HR interview was basic, just behavioral questions and why I applied to Garmin. The lady on the phone was very nice and welcoming. After a few days (less than a week) they emailed me an update saying I passed the behavioral and asked to schedule the technical interview. I met with 3 members of the design team and we talked about Garmin's design department and what the UI interns would be doing on the job. The interview was still more behavioral questions but this time with some more team based questions. Near the end of that interview, I remember them mentioning that I would do another technical because we didn't get into much "design" questions, but the next technical never happened. I later found out that interns only have 2 rounds, the HR behavioral and the team technical, so another technical wasn't going to happen anyways. Both of the interviews were casual and the people I spoke to were very nice. After around 3 weeks I got an automated email saying I was rejected. My HR rep sent an email to follow up with me after the automated email.
