Two in person interviews back to back, moved forward to virtual 30 min interview with VP. No phone screen.
I'm not sure the hiring manager new what position I was interviewing for. I was interviewing for a HR Generalist job that I knew would include some recruiting but recruiting was the only piece we talked about. All the work experience questions she ask were about recruiting, volume, time to hire, etc.
There was a clear list of questions she was reading from and I was asked about my GPA. I've been a HR professional for 10 years. Far beyond the time period that a GPA should matter. I couldn't remember what it was because I haven't been asked that question since I was applying for internships in college.
The second interviewer, a director, had a completely different view of the work the role would be doing. Far less recruiting and more in line with what the job posting stated. I enjoyed that conversation.
They moved me forward to a VP interview. I used the opportunity to clarify the expectations for the role. That conversation was sub-par on both sides. I had lost interest in the role at that point.
It's 6+ months later and I've never heard back. Not even the automated email that I didn't get the job.
I believe a phone screen to clarify the role at the beginning of the process would have saved us all a lot of time. Also, everyone deserves some sort of follow up letting them know the outcome of the interview process.
In short, the hiring process within their own HR department seems out-of-date and disjointed. Terrible candidate experience.

Phone interview, in person interview, met panel of peers, very informal conversations, they asked who i knew at garmin. Helps to know someone who foes work there. Also if you are mechanical, have engineering or avionics experience that impresses them.
