Interview process consisted of interviewing on the phone with recruiter, then a virtual interview, and then a 2 hour in person interview. It was a very long process and kind of leads you on with the idea that you’ve received the job and then you ultimately just get a rejection email. My experience wasn’t pleasant, it was quite disappointing especially due to the feedback I received, the time frame was not kept with when I needed to know a result. I had another job opportunity that I missed waiting out on Garmin and they knew the time frame I needed a reply in.
