The Interview process was a formal technical interview with some senior software engineers. They asked you to describe the way you think and analyze various code segments. This was used to screen potential canidates for a behavioral interview.

The technical interview was pretty basic, with questions on recursion, pointers, and references. We were given code segments and asked to analyze the output
Phone screen was a common tell me about yourself and why Garmin. They didn't ask any follow ups on your answered and seemed to just run through the list of the questions they had.

Entrevista
I had 1hr behavioral Interview and 1hr technical interview. Behavioral interview was about how I got to know the company, why should the company hire me, and what kind of research experience I had.
Process took about a month. Recruiter was slow getting back to me but interview process was alright. The interviewers were friendly and mainly focused on problem solving and how you think through your code.
