Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Garmin (Olathe, KS) en jun 2018
Entrevista
Generic phone interview, then technical phone interview, then on-site interview. About 1 or 2 weeks passed between each interview.
The on-site interview was how I gathered the most information about Garmin. I interviewed with 2 fitness engineers who design the sports watches and bike computers, then I interviewed with Aviation engineers who design avionics. Then Garmin gave me a tour of their facility as well as lunch at their cafeteria.

What is wrong with this schematic *hands me the schematics*
The phone screen was pretty chill. They asked a lot about my resume and past work/internship experiences. It was mostly very behavioral, only a few questions were asked about basic technical understanding.

There are three interviews and the process should take about one to two months. The first interview is to determine if you are eligible and would be a good candidate. The second one is to test your technical knowledge. The third one is to determine if you are a good fit.
