Overall the selection process is transparent and fair. You are invited to testing event where after a presentation and a very detailed explanation you are given object recognition test (identify objects in the x-ray image of the bag) and English-Maths-logic test of 100 questions. if you pass both they will have a quick pre-interview with you and schedule another interview on a later date.

Quite easy. Questions on customer service and about yourself. Undergo just one interview. And had to do a part down. Nothing difficult. You are being shown first then you do it
Fast, efficient. Write 2 exams once your application is accepted then an interview and after that was called and offered the job. The whole process was pretty easy, though the day of the exams and interview it was pretty long.
Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
