Interviewed with store manager then district manager. Easy enough however I was not hired even though they made very promising statements insinuating I was a top pick. When asked why I was passed on for the job just for future reference to improve my future job applications I was informed that when I've come into the store to shop I was polite and friendly to interact with however I was "not memorable nor did I have a presence or look they are wanting" because I came in wearing sweats while shopping and not dressed to the nines. It was incredibly insulting and unprofessional.

Applied online, in-person interview with store manager and then few days later another interview with district manager through the phone. A lot of situational interview question. Need to be prepared to talk about your experience from the past not just who you are and what you like. Store manager and the district manager were super friendly but professional.
