Three round interview including of technical , background, soft skill, English and personality check. The difficulty of the interview is mediocre at best. The interviewer is the hiring manager, head of department and human resources
The interview session was conducted in a smooth, professional, and welcoming manner. The interviewer demonstrated strong communication skills and created a comfortable environment for discussion. What stood out was the openness of the session, candidates were encouraged to ask as many questions as they wished. This approach significantly helped in easing any nervousness and allowed for a more engaging and transparent dialogue. This is a two staged interview. Both interviews are technical. Sensible and reasonable question asked. Overall not an over difficult interview if you are prepared, or just good in what you do.
