Group Discussion in 15 minutes and 3 minutes presentation (Topic: How AI facilitates the project management and efficiency in engineering industry?)
Building Activity in 30 minutes and 5 minutes presentation (Topic: Build a Gammon Building with provided materials)
Start with a self-introduction, and then a group interview with hands-on interaction, use some blocks with tools to build the building and discuss how you made like that . it takes into group interview with ard 30 people

1st interview: HR interview, typically HR questions. Introduce yourself. Any strengths/ weaknesses. Any project you know Gammon has done.
2nd interview: Line Manager interview (Mine is a Senior Construction Manager- Boss of my field) Did not ask much about technical. Just chit-chatting for 45 mins about discussing the post as an engineer in the main contractor.
