Coding Challenge, 1h Conversation with devs, 1h Phycological test and 1h Conversation with managers. It was very tedious and it felt horrible to do all of that for nothing. On every conversation they said stuff like "you're the type of candidate we're looking for" but I got ghosted in the end, they never sent any feedback, they never said I was rejected, they just ignored me after all of that.
