I applied through career portal, they sent me really tough assignment which includes 4 parts pdf and 2 excel files which represents detailed counts of existed projects like crash rates, revenues etc. When I checked the file I saw a huge amount of workload and some benefit-able facts that company could get perfect feedback about their updates/showcases results and their A/B tests which they wanted to learn opinions about their processes. Otherwise, they mentioned that there is no exact answers but they wanted to check how candidate evaluate processes, but when I spent 1 week on file and made many improvements, they wanted to put me all in one ppt. How can candidate represent and describe himself in a power point file? If it is a video or word file that is okay but, when they ask you to write a report and do it through presentation is a wise decision. Anyhow, I made presentation through their maximum slide per part restrictions(!) and sent it in a one week like they mentioned. They didn't open a basic zip file and asked me to upload it to my virtual storage, and of course I accepted. But after 4 days, they sent me an email which has something called feedback that is only 30-50 words. They judged my parts which they mentioned 'There is a no exact answer, only evaluation and see way of thinking.' In the email it says 'This part is wrong, and this part has a lot of information but we can't see what we want' You didn't even talk to me on the phone or in email you didn't explain me what you wanted, then you are saying we didn't want this etc. What kind of hiring process was it? I respect they want to make online interview after assignments test but at least somebody could spare 5 minutes to tell me what your company wants which cost my 1 week!

I applied online and was reached out to by an internal recruiter to schedule the first interview. I sent a few emails back and forth with her prior to the interview, but on the day she didn't show up to the screening call and didn't reply to my email asking if she needed to reschedule. There was no heads up about the interview being cancelled or any explanation as to why she didn't show up so I was left waiting in the zoom call for an hour before I gave up. This is very disrespectful and unprofessional, and should not be the standard that Gameloft holds themselves to.

Interviewed for the PM position and went through 6 different interviews, plus a test, overall process took about 7 weeks.
Most of the interviews were focused around app monetization, KPI analysis and mobile gaming market knowledge.
