The process has broken down into several parts first was a written section about my goals and why i want to work for the company. next was a large group interview with everyone who passed the first section just explaining what the internship was about and what we would be doing. after that was another written section with more specific questions about what we look to get out of the internship next was a one-on-one interview with the head of hr to determine are competency.
