It is a 4 step process with a very fairly easy technical interview. The whole interview process took several weeks though. All the interviews were pretty relaxed. Last interview was with non engineers and the ceo.
The interviewer was very kind, but it seemed like there was a screening issue because they were looking for a different level of experience with their preferred tech stack than what I had.

Initial phone screening talking about the company and the previous experiences I listed on my resume. followed up by a technical interview with senior software engineers working through coding problems and a software design problem
