Onsite with 2 technical rounds then meeting the CTO: - big red flags: very cold & unfriendly atmosphere within the technical team, no time to properly discuss interviewee's background and show some social attitude, very bad technical interviewing skills (compared to *literally any* Bay Area tech company), didn't propose at any single time how to help for the travel from another country to the onsite. - positive aspects: people seem very autonomous and smart Advice to the Gambit Research: this is not how you convince people from top tech companies to join your company. Advice to interviewers: stay away, go interview to Uber/Apple/Google/Facebook/Netflix/Amazon/Lyft... instead and don't lose your time there.
