started with a phone/behavioral portion to get to know you, then they send you an online assessment. Online assessment isnt that bad all things considered. Process was a decent 7-9/10.

Applied to the position online. Have to submit behavioral assessment which takes approximately 40 minutes. Got a call within 2 weeks to schedule an interview.
The interview is behavioral, no technical questions. Interview lasted for 1 hour. Many questions are based on team management skills.
