I applied through a career webpage for this position. I was asked for a phone interview with the HR team in the UK. I went through two phone interviews; the first one asked general personality questions aimed at finding out whether I was fit for the company's culture, while the second was more specific and its aim was to find out whether I have skills necessary for the position (e.g. some questions asked me to specify what research methods I would employ in same short cases). In short, the phone interviews involved personality as well as situational questions. A few days after those interviews, I was invited for three f2f interviews. Those interviews were very typical, questions asked included: why Gallup? Why research? Questions on my educational background, such as my dissertation topic.

Received a call to schedule an interview; I wasn’t told who I would be speaking to or what the interview will be out. The interview was a 50 question personality test which was being administered by a robotic sounding person. No introductions, no skill questions asked. The personality assessment was something you answered in the moment while also adding examples.

There was a 45 minute phone interview that paralleled the online personality assessment when you first apply. There were 65 questions, and most were designed to be answered immediately. Your work attitudes, perceptions of excellence, self-image construct and team values were all tested. Overall, if you are comfortable in your own skill, take care of those around you, and strive to be the best in all you do, the questions were not jarring by any stretch!

Are you a very competitive person? Answer on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being "very."
Online application include assessment. Got an email to schedule phone interview. I would say the interview was well conducted and lasted about 45 minutes. Was called back about 2 hours later to schedule for second phone interview. The questions asked are similar to ones posted on here.
