I found this open position via a job search engine. After the initial online application, I received a call to set up the first phone interview. During the phone interview, the recruiter went through 45 minutes of questions without ever reacting to my answers. She told me they would get back to me within 3-5 business days, which they did. Their e-mail said that although I had a promising profile, they were unable to proceed with my application at that moment based on the team's needs (paraphrase).
