Was a fast turn around from when I applied on the web site. The test was crazy and asked alot of stupid questions like what is better to kill one person on purpose or lots on accident. Was a group of sales people who sat around a table in the cafeteria and asked me questions.

Good process. Little to it. Mostly based on the personality profile test. I would never work their again because they never use their own ideas to help you succeed.
