First it will be a small discussion with HR. Then communication. Then the operational. If you go through this, then you are almost selected. Then you may or may not have other rounds. Do not go if your experience is lesser than 3 years. I saw people were sent back before interview started.

It was very long. I went through employer Walk-in and it was really time consuming i start off the at 11am and walk out at 8pm. having said that i've cleared the assessment round but later the next day i get a call from HR saying i had to give the round again. and since i had already given it once it was easy to crack but, still why do i have to repeat the rounds for no reason. the HR management is very weak. no accountability. no ease of process.
