One on one sit down with branch manager and Fast Track supervisor. They ask you about how you handle difficult situations and people. They are looking for customer service skills, a professional demeanor and someone who can articulate. they also need to know you can pass tests because you have to be licensed in different states to handle claims. (They pay for this)

First interview was for a phone call with recruiter. She was Friendly. Explained position and next steps with hiring managers. Said she’d update me via email. I really wanted this position
Fast and efficient process. The interviewer was very transparent about next the next steps. I received a response quickly. It was not as dull as other discussions I’ve had with interviewers. The interviewer was quick to provide all potential avenues.
Interview process was smooth and easy. It was a zoom call where they asked the basic questions. It lasted about 30 minutes and at the end I got the impression I was going to get hired.
