There was three 30-minute interviews and they were very casual. It was important to know why Gallagher, why Sales, and why Insurance. Other than that, they want to tell you about Gallagher and they want to hear more about yourself.

3 interviews with 2-3 people in each interview. Pretty general behavioral type questions. The interviewers do not all work for Gallagher. Some of their subsidiary employees are involved as well like RPS.
