Firstly, I have IQ tests 10 minutes, an easy one. My interviewers are two PMs, they are very friendly. I just gave a self introduction and what I want to learn in this position. Then they check my CV, I tell them more details about my experiences. And they chat with me for a while. This is the whole interview process.
