It was a conversation more then an old fashioned interview. It was very pleasant and easy going. The hiring manager was looking for someone on the same page as her. Someone who would support her in building up the department and that would really ease the pressure. She was looking for a person that was complementary and would bring additional knowledge and that would challenge her. I spoke to HR who suprisingly was very outspoken about good vibes and positive energy. I spoke to the hiring manager's manager who was very friendly but also very serious. I also had to record a few videos to present myself. NB: the two managers are currently no longer at this company
