I had a screening call with a recruiter. Instead of introducing me to the company and telling me a little about the job (like most companies do), he immediately went into a series of basic questions, most of which I had already answered in my resume, cover letter, or job application. He clearly knew nothing about me and the entire interview was cold and impersonal . After the call, I immediately withdrew my application from the position.

Overall the interview process itself was easy and pretty relaxed. One interview with a recruiter and then a second interview with a group of 3-4 people. However, the communication process throughout was utterly horrible. One week after the group interview I followed up and was told I was being considered. Two weeks after that I followed up again and was told they were still conducting interviews but I was still being considered. Two weeks after that I followed up again with the exact same story. A week after that I just threw in the towel and just stopped following up. Just as well as a better offer came along and I took that. They either need to speed up the process or communicate along the way and inform people it could be a long slog until you get an answer.
