The interview questions themselves were fairly straightforward, but the overall hiring process felt very disorganized and poorly communicated. I went through three interviews, and for the final round I was instructed to prepare a 10-minute presentation on any topic using any instructional design tool I wanted. They told me to be creative. After completing the presentation, I was then told they were specifically looking for a PowerPoint presentation — something that was never communicated beforehand. There also seemed to be inconsistencies between what different team members and the hiring manager said about the role and expectations. It honestly felt like the interview team was not aligned internally or communicating with each other. Additionally, the hiring manager was 15 minutes late to one of the interviews, which contributed to the process's disorganized feel. During the third interview, one team member came across as disengaged and somewhat rude, as if they did not want to be there. They also openly mentioned having considered leaving the company multiple times, which was surprising and not something you would typically expect to hear from someone interviewing a potential future coworker. The most disappointing part was the lack of follow-up. Over a three-week period, I reached out to the hiring manager twice and the recruiter once for an update on the position and next steps, but I never received a response. It has been 5 weeks now, and I still have not even gotten a simple reply. Overall, the interview questions were not difficult, but the hiring process itself lacked communication, organization, and professionalism.

I received an e-mail from a recruiter then a zoom call. After the zoom call, I received nothing but then again, you have to check their website. They should send out an e-mail if you do not move on.
