After a screener with the recruiter, all candidates are required to complete a Cognitive Aptitude Assessment before interviewing with the hiring manager. I then interviewed with the hiring manager via Zoom but was disappointed because there was no communication afterward. I expected, at minimum, a notice that other candidates were moving forward. The role has been filled, and still no communication.
