The interview process took more than 2 months, the last round of interviews that I had was with a VP. After all this the HR told me that I would have another final round before they roll out an offer after which I was ghosted. I followed up with the HR over a period of 2-3 weeks to schedule this round but finally after so much waiting I got a rejection email. No reasons for the sudden turn of events and no other explanations for the same, absolutely appalling! I would never ever recommend someone to go through Gainsight’s interview process if one values their time. There are far better companies with much better interview processes.
