I had an initial screening interview on the phone with the CEO of the company, followed by two design-focused interviews with the design team. The portfolio review was standard and we used time at the end to ask questions about the role and get to know each other. The live design challenge was also pretty standard and was only about 10 minutes, followed by a discussion afterward.
