There were 2 automated online tests containg work relevent to the applied for depatment. This was followed by a 4 hour interview containing a traditional interview and multiple tasks based on a briefing you recieve the day before.

Small group task, presentation and then some maths based competency, the presentation was 1:1 and the group tasks were judged by one member of the panel focusing on your contributions to the team.
