Entrevista
Very structured process involving interviews with line manager, human resources manager and area operations director. Interview was held face to face with local representative for round 1. For round two interview was done with team in HK via Skype. Round 3 involved an interview with country GM. Overall there was good planning with advance information provided on the role and how to provide the best information during the interview.
