The interviewers are friendly and there are lots of opportunities to ask questions. They do not attempt to be intimidating and ask mostly behavioural questions. Be prepared to draw from previous work experiences which reflect your own strengths and potential weaknesses. Since the interviews can get quite lengthy, having a large number of examples of experiences you can draw from can help with one's success.
