      The interview was virtual and conducted via HireVue. It consisted of multiple rounds of situational questions that required calculations as well as behavioral answers. In addition, there were a separate round of only behavioral questions.

      The 1st step was the online assessment, followingly the 2nd step is an online video interview and the 3rd: assessment center. I wanted to share here my story and negative experience with GSK UK. I applied for the Graduate Programme in October 2021 and completed an online assessment. After a few hours of completing the tests, I received an automated email that I was rejected because I didn't achieve the typical score that was needed. A few months later, in February 2022, I received an email by the early talent recruitment stating that their assessment partner made an error in the score and I got rejected by a mistake. After acknowledging their mistake in a written form, they didn't even consider processing my application, even though I was successful. Therefore, that is the level of professionalism that GSK has. Here is the email that I received word by word: ''Thank you for recently completing our online ‘World of GSK’ assessment for the role of Future Leaders Programme in the UK. We have been informed by our assessment partner of a technical error affecting the scoring of 2 of the 28 questions in the test, which has now been rectified. On review of your application, we can see that you were removed in error from our process. We want to be transparent with you about this error and let you know why you were unsuccessful. Unfortunately, our process timings mean we’re unable to progress your original application and we sincerely apologise for this mistake. Please be assured, we are working on our internal processes and partnerships to ensure this does not happen again. We hope you are not too discouraged by this issue and will consider GSK for future opportunities. Thanks for all the time and effort you’ve taken to apply to GSK''

      Thank you for your feedback on this experience. As part of our Early Careers recruitment processes, we invite applicants to take part in our online ‘World of GSK’ assessment prior to interview. This process is managed by a third-party partner. Our partner informed us of an issue where, following a system update that they made, a technical error affecting 2 of the 28 questions in the test led to the rejection of some candidates at this stage in the process. This error has now been resolved. Unfortunately, some roles were filled before we were able to contact candidates negatively impacted by our partner’s assessment error, to reinstate them on their application journey. In the spirit of full transparency, we have contacted these individuals to explain why they were not successful in these particular applications and to encourage them to consider GSK for further opportunities in future. We sincerely apologise to those negatively impacted by the error and we hope they are not discouraged from considering GSK for future opportunities.
