First up was a short call with HR, after that a longer call with the hiring manager. Then I worked on a case study and presented it to a larger group of potential future colleagues, followed by roughly half an hour technical interview. Last step was another call with some more team members which was more about getting to know each other. A very smooth and transparent hiring process - I really enjoyed all the interesting conversations I had.
