What was a difficult problem you have encountered during your career and how did you solve it?
The process typically starts with an online exam that is used to filter out applicants. If you are fortunate enough to move on, you will get an interview with the hiring manager. At that stage, the manager will ask you to introduce yourself and previous experiences. Afterwards, he/she will ask a number of behavioral questions.
