Assessment Day consisted of an individual presentation to the group where you described the formulation process for a particular formulation as well as the problems that would need to be overcome followed by a strength based interview. Due to COVID-19 the assessment centre was held virtually.
The interview process was a very good experience. The interviewers were friendly and keen on explaining the question. They were also allowing time for the candidate to think the answer to the question and asking questions to learn more.
