Had a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a phone interview with the Validation Manager, and lastly a Zoom interview with several managers. Was told there would be an in person with the final one or two candidates. Never got another call back. I already was working on site as a contractor, and the only way I found out that I didn’t get it was a coworker told me they had hired someone else. This not calling back to say you didn’t get the job needs to stop with companies. At least once you’re down to the final few candidates. At least have the courtesy to let them know.
