Got a call from a recruitment agency. Shortlisted for telephonic round. It was rescheduled twice as requested by GSK. Interviewer was a Director from GSK. She came 15 minutes late and then wrapped up interview scheduled for 45 minutes in just 10 minutes. She did not even bothered to introduce herself. Asked few basic questions but in very condescending manner.
The interview process was pretty typical and I had good interactions with everyone that I spoke to, whether it was on the phone or an in person interview though it has been a few years since I did it
Everyone was well prepared, and it was a great opportunity to meet many people on the team. I went through several rounds of interviews with different small groups of interviewees.

I was asked about specific policy issues and about how I would respond in different work situations.
Initial call with HR with motivations for positions, reasons for wanting to join GSK with some detail on role and benefits. Fast turnaround with subsequent call the next week for first round with the team.
