I applied online for the procurement graduate scheme in early October, initial application quite simple asking for basic details.
Was invited to the next stage pretty soon after which involved an online assessment, which was primarily a situation judgement test, its useful to look at GSK's core values.
The stage after that is a 'day in the life' which is a mixture of maths questions, written and video responses and multiple choice, some under timed conditions. Again I would look at core values for GSK and understand the role you're applying for.
Around 6 weeks after completing this I was invited to an assessment centre in their headquarters at Brentford. This included a group exercise, a number of mini 10-minute assessments with an assessor and a typical 1-1 interview which focused on my core skills and motivations for the role and company, but also had a few questions on how you would respond in certain situations as well.
Overall the AC was fairly enjoyable and the staff were very kind. The mini assessments were a bit of a challenge as they were timed and you aren't given very long at all. Didn't get an offer but good luck to anyone applying.
