I've applied for the HR- future leaders in Egypt about a month and half ago. After that I received an email to complete the online assessment which I passed.
From the recruitment process I understood, a phone interview is the next step. I even have received an email regarding my assessment report mentioning that I will receive other communications regarding my assessment outcome, "Please note that this report does not contain the outcome of your assessment which will be communicated to you in a separate email in due course."
I was waiting while being very excited but I didn't receive my assessment outcome nor a phone interview.
2 days ago, I received an email informing me that they decided not to take my application to the next stage which leaves me with hundreds of questions and makes me very disappointed.
As they promised, they supposed to communicate with me regarding my assessment outcome, and as their recruitment system, I supposed to have a phone interview. Non of them happened!
I feel like it's unfair not to mentioning or explaining anything!

Because of COVID the process got derailed. I finished the second round in October and they got back to me in March about the final round. But usually they would get back to you in November of the Fall semester about third round and decisions. It is a mix of behavioral and situational questions and job simulation. I thought it was fun overall since it was something new and a change of pace from constant behavioral questions. I didn't really prep either, just did some basic research on GSK and since I've been doing so many behaviorals didn't need to practice that

The online test and video interview process contain very thorough information about the company value and give detailed instructions on how to complete it. The overall process is smooth.
