Entrevista
Submitted resume online, video interview and then assessment centre. Assessment centre involved a short 3 - 4 minute presentation about something you're passionate about/interested in, group activity where you had to solve a puzzle and then a 2:1 interview. Overall, it was a great experience - everyone was really nice and they kept you informed about the application progress throughout recruitment which I appreciated.
The interview process is fair - nothing too challenging as long as you're prepared.

What is one of the things in this role you think you will struggle with?
Good process, transparent. Initial application is similar to most graduate applications. You would then progress to online assessment, and finally going into video interview with the hiring manager. Usually two panellists who will be interviewing you.
Online application including cover letter, the world of GSK interactive quiz, recorded online interview, assessment centre; had to present a short speech in front of the other participants and interviewers. The process happened fairly quickly.

Assessment centre where you have a private interview, group activities, role-based activities, and delivered a speech.
The speech involved talking about something you were passionate about, it was viewed by managers and other candidates, as were most of the activities.
